Permanent Position
Immediate Start
Salary GBP23,300 to GBP27,300 plus Overtime, Bonus and Call outs.
PLUS:
+ New Van provided (For work only)
+ 33 days hols inc stats.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm 47.5 hours.
Alternate Saturdays 5 hours - 8am to 1pm
On Call, One week in 4 (Monday - Sunday)
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a multi-national, multi-billion pound company.
The Company:
World leaders in design, production and distribution of construction materials, and a leading provider of glass and glazing solutions to the architectural, construction, building maintenance, door, window and insurance repair sectors
You would join a team to provide direct customer service, attend customer properties where you will:
Validate claims based on information received by carrying out accurate surveys, taking photographs, specifying materials and parts required to complete each job.
You will carry out fitting / repair work in a safe and professional manner, pro-actively identifying and suggesting preventative and corrective actions and initiatives; working independently or as part of a team.
You will develop effective working relationships, specifically with the Field Operation Team, to include Field Engineers, Office Support and Field Managers which is critical to the success of this role.
Participate in the call out Rota one week in every four and therefore a positive and flexible attitude is essential.
The successful candidate will have a high level of technical skills, with sound planning and organisational abilities. and will ideally have experience / knowledge with ONE of the following:
*UPVC
*Glass
*Timber Fitting industry
*Aluminium
Customer focused, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, you will be enthusiastic, outgoing and have the determination required for this exciting opportunity.
