My client is a rapidly growing and well-established FMCG manufacturing business, who are looking for a high calibre HR Officer, to provide front line HR support across the business.
The Role:
The role reports to a senior HR Manager and you will be part of an established and effective HR team.
You will provide full HR generalist expertise and will be working closely with staff at all levels within the business.

To succeed in this challenging, people focused business, you will:
Have a minimum of twelve months experience working within a manufacturing HR role.
Have a Degree or of graduate calibre and ideally CIPD accreditation.
Be flexible and adaptable in your approach and exhibit a positive attitude.
Have a strong understanding of employment law and statutory requirements.
Good IT skills with experience of using HR software packages.
