This well known and regarded travel consultancy are looking for a sales manager to drive sales in the reservations department. Coming from a travel background with a skill for up selling and increasing business actively, this role will see you leading a team of eight bonding great working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Main responsibilities
Encouraging sales and reservations up selling
Develop sales from face to face and over the phone contact
KPI setting and monitoring
Screening calls and spot checking
Reporting and identifying weak links to marketing
Minimum requirements
Proven management skills in a sales environment
Preferably from a travel background
Statistical analysis
Confident presentation skills
Good motivational and management experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
An ability to share the passion of your product to your team
