My client is a well-known Commercial Company established in the early 70's. They deal with the design, install and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning on large blue chip clients across the UK. The company specialises in offering maintenance contracts. They look after the air conditioning, gas and electrical supplies of these buildings.
I am looking to recruit for my client an excellent Technical Account Manager who has a detailed knowledge of HVAC systems and who can ensure quality of services from there engineering team.
The role will be based at the main office in Manchester, you will be required to complete site surveys to prepare contracts, resolve technical and contract issues and secure business. You should have experience in quoting and estimating service contracts as well as have broad experience as a commercial gas engineer.
You will receive an excellent permanent package offering a great basic, up to GBP42K per annum dependant on experience, 22 days holiday rising to 25 days plus bank holidays, BUPA Healthcare, Pension, Death in Service and vehicle allowance.
The usual working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday; where there is a business need these may vary from time to time. There may also be a requirement to work away and occasional overnight stays.
Ideally you will have;
Qualified Commercial Gas Engineer
Experienced contracts manager
HVAC experience or Certifications
Technical experience within a Service and Maintenance
Client Facing proven ability
Good IT skills
Excellent Management Skills with IOSH, COSHH or similar
This role requires a Skype/Face time interview with the recruiter before short listed, you will also need to furnish ID and Certification plus a working reference.
Salary is negotiable for a really excellent candidate GBP37K - GBP42K
