SALARY: GBP25,000- GBP28,000

JOB SPECIFICATION - Field Service Engineer & Installation Engineer - Coffee Dispense Systems and Equipment
Working Monday to Friday, some weekend working is required which will be paid as overtime. There are over 400 in over 200 sites in London; most of this is in The Square Mile / Central London.
Working as part of a team 10 % of the role will be installation; most of the projects you will work on are new builds or refurbs with some retrofitting in existing interiors. The role involves installing the equipment which is electrical which in turn could involve liaising with and managing the contractors who are doing the whole project. Specifically this involves making sure they prepare the way for installation. For example making sure that they have supplied to the initial plans and installation drawings in terms of leaving enough space for the equipment, the right ventilation power, water connections and waste facilities.
90% will be classic field service engineer role involving maintenance and repair and programming of equipment on site at clients.
REQUIREMENTS - Field Service Engineer & Installation Engineer - Coffee Dispense Systems and Equipment
Ideally you will have experience in a similar service or installation role, preferably coffee machines or other drink dispense equipment. You could possibly have other related experience with electrical / possibly M and E on-site installation or field service experience, or background and good computing skills. You will be very well presented, articulate, and diplomatic but assertive with excellent interpersonal and customer liaison skills. Also you will have excellent ATD skills, be precise in what you do and be organised and a good planner and time manager. A knowledge of, genuine interest in and appreciation of good coffee would be advantageous.
PROSPECTS:
Very good indeed; potential to get into sales, or manage a service/installation team. . Much longer term potential as the company evolves into new markets.

They buy direct green beans from farmers and roast in house themselves by their own master Barista. Established over 50 years they have supplied into UK for over 30 years.
