JOB SPECIFICATION - Barista, Trainer - Unique, App Activated Coffee Dispense Systems
Working Monday to Friday the role involves presenting to and training to catering personnel and clients` employees on initial "Go Live Days" and subsequent training of personnel to ensure that they get the most out of their coffee drinking experience. There will be ongoing liaison, making sure the machines are being used properly with the right ingredients, cleaning and basic maintenance to keep the machines looking good and brand standards are maintained and a relationship is built with each site matching their prestigious, high tech retail and professional office surroundings. My client has over 400 machines in over 200 sites throughout London. Working in a team of four you will spend a lot of your time in the Square Mile/ Central London,
REQUIREMENTS - Barista, Trainer - Unique, App Activated Coffee Dispense Systems
Ideally you will have experience in a similar Barista or Trainer role in the coffee shop environment. You could be a Manager, Supervisor or Assistant. You will be well presented, professional, proactive and ambitious, but a team player. This is a cutting - edge, premium priced product which goes into some prestigious / swanky places, so image and professionalism are key in this role as is a knowledge of, and/ or interest in the coffee drinking experience.

My client is a multinational manufacturer of premium quality table top bean to cup coffee dispense machines and ingredients using the some of the world`s best coffee brewers. They buy direct green beans from farmers and roast in house themselves by their own master Barista. Established over 50 years they have supplied into UK for over 30 years. This full UK subsidiary was set up in 2010 to supply a revolutionary system which allows users to be their own Barista via an app. They have grown annual sales year on year and are still growing rapidly. They have sold systems into a lot of high tech and prestigious professional office and retail environments in Central London. As it is such a revolutionary system, the company has a modern forward thinking feel about them, a lean green organisation.
