JUNIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER/OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - LONDON HOTEL
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to learn and grow and develop within this branded hotel environment.
The hotel is a busy London property that has 100 bedrooms, predominantly bed and breakfast guests and is part of a well known brand.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Junior Operations Manager would be responsible for the Food and Beverage outlets at the property. This is a responsible position, requiring attention to detail and ability to work to brand standards.
The Junior Operations Manager will be able to motivate and guide a team in order to deliver excellent customer service.
Once established, there will be training and development in areas including hotel financials, rota planning and leadership.
