Responsibilities

Research and gather requirements for payroll legislation related software requirements in the UK, ROI, Jersey, Guernsey , Gibraltar


Work with government agencies and customer groups to identify their payroll related and public sector returns requirements, design enhancements and new functionality to meet user requirements.
Organise and facilitate problem-solving workshops with customers, product management and development teams to resolve issues requiring a focused approach.
Collaborate with the ResourceLink developers and the quality assurance team to support the development and testing new functionality and enhancements.
Analyse future product developments and enhancements contribute to the team decision making process to agree product roadmap content.
Assist with internal and customer product training content.
Ensure requirements and the development of it is produced on time, on budget, in a quality manner.
Plan, prioritise & project manage product development features
Highly motivated individual, bringing the drive to improve the business along with the ability to embrace new strategies and challenging software development schedules.
Work with the UK MM senior management team on product roadmap planning, staff workload planning etc.

You have


Extensive UK payroll experience
Previous product management experience or relevant technical experience
Sound, up to date payroll knowledge
CIPP Diploma as a minimum
Professional connections in the payroll industry
