Construction Site Manager/Agent
We are a property developer/landlord with an extensive property portfolio including residential, commercial, and student properties.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager/Agent for residential development in Liverpool.
Duties include:
- Responsible for planning the project, and ensure that building work meets agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
- Responsible for liaising with owners and reporting on progress.
- Responsible for supervising directly employed operatives and sub-contractors.
- Responsible for making health and safety inspections, and ensuring construction and site safety.
- Responsible for checking and preparing site reports.
- Responsible for maintaining quality control procedures.
The ideal applicant must have:
- Experience of managing a residential development scheme.
- Knowledge of all building trades.
- Understanding of compliance issues.
- Work effectively as part of small team.
- Have up to date Health and Safety qualifications.
This position will be permanent and full time; and salary will be dependent on experience.
