CONSTRUCTION SKILLS CO-ORDINATOR

(Please note this post is temporary initially for 12 months which may be extended)

Salary: £20,247 - £23,451 per annum

Leeds College of Building in partnership with Wates Construction requires an enthusiastic and organised individual to co-ordinate the delivery of the Employment & Skills Plan at the Kirkstall Forge Development Site.

You will secure work placements/employment for learners and carry out health & safety checks, promote learning, schedule visits, and provide feedback and guidance in addition to maintaining student records. Duties also include attending internal and external careers events and completing employer visits.

You will have an excellent knowledge of health & safety and relevant experience within an education or training environment. A good understanding of the Construction industry is desirable. You will need excellent communication skills and also a clean driving licence and own transport is essential.
