One of the UK's leading specialists in Heating Repairs, Maintenance and Installations is recruiting. As part of their continued expansion they are looking to recruit conscientious and enthusiastic individuals that have pride in producing work of the highest quality to compliment their existing team looking after long term social housing contracts throughout the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and East Anglia:

Main Responsibilities of HR Apprentice:

- Act as an administrator for new and ongoing HR projects
- To create and maintain reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Input and maintain employee records on electronic staff database
- To assist with producing offer letters and contracts for all new employees
- Process checks/applications on the criminal record database
- Maintain sickness and holiday records
- Shortlist CV applications for Management in a timely manner.
- Processing, filing and distributing confidential reports and documents
- Carry out any photocopying, scanning or filing as required
- Handle and distribute mail and faxes to the HR team
- Archiving electronic and paper employee records

The successful HR Apprentice will be reliable and friendly, who can work with a professional attitude, uphold confidentiality at all times and perform all tasks with accuracy and with attention to detail.

Office experience would be an advantage.

Your wage will comply with National Minimum Wage legislation as published on the Government website.
