To support the company by providing an efficient administrative contracts role to ensure the smooth running of the business. You will be reporting to a member of the senior management team and supporting the Sales team with all administration duties, the position is Permanent and located in Collier Row Romford. The ideal person will be someone very organised with exceptional admin skills that thrives within a busy environment function

Main duties will include:

- Deal with reactive requests from clients, from initial raising of jobs through to completion, in a timely manner.
-Accurate inputting of information on Jobs/contracts and other reports.
-Maintaining client relationships and contract and client records.
-Planning and ensuring completion of PPM engineering activities.
-Dealing with sub-contractors
- Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices
-Assisting in the collation of monthly reports with the QHSE Manager.
-Assisting with mobilisation of new jobs/contracts.
-General administrative tasks as necessary when required.

Requirements
-You must have good IT Skills: Word/Excel/Outlook/
-IT support knowledge is desirable but not necessary
-You must be incredibly organised and understand the importance of procedures
