Multi Skilled Engineer - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

FINTEC recruit is looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning for our Engineering client. These roles are based in Basingstoke, covering West Sussex/Hampshire area. This is a permanent position with a salary of £32k as well as company incentives.

The Multi Skilled Engineer - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning will deliver a combination of Water Systems skill sets, and basic electrical, mechanical, water and building fabric planned, reactive and extra works within engineering across either Static, mobile or a regional / multiple client sites; ensuring the company deliver a safe, customer focused, cost effective, efficient and compliant service in order to meet its contractual and legal obligations.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Multi Skilled Engineer - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning your responsibilities will include the following:-

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial units

• Working on your own initiative and also as a part of a team carrying out routine PPM, reactive and minor repair works as assigned ensuring all deliverable SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded

• Attending Call outs/breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required

• Working safely and following company health and safety regulations to ensure your safety and safety of your colleagues, customers and visitors

• Taking full responsibility and ownership of all assigned tasks, carrying out skilled planned maintenance, repair and improvements

• Installing new plant and equipment when required

• Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant

• Being proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings

• Delivering excellent customer service in this client facing role and ensure excellent client relationships are sustained

Requirements:

The successful candidate for the Multi Skilled Engineer - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning role will have:-

• Accreditation to a professional body in Air Conditioning

• Good Health & Safety Knowledge

• Driving License
