We are currently recruiting for 2 new full time (37.5 hours) Customer Service Assistants to support two of our major blue chip clients. You must have excellent customer service skills, good attention to detail and be able to deal with demanding situations along with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:
??? Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone, and email
??? Liaising daily with tradesmen and consumers
??? Management of large client and supplier databases using Excel and Microsoft CRM Dynamics
??? Maintenance of daily customer records
??? Liaison and management of relationships across both internal and external teams
??? Complaints handling
??? General office duties including; photocopying, filing, mail franking, stationery orders,stock control and processing payment schedules

Skills and experience:
??? Minimum of 2 years??? office based sales, marketing or call centre/customer service is essential
??? Excellent telephone manner
??? Good communication skills both written and verbal are essential
??? Team player with the ability to multi-task and work quickly under tight deadlines.
??? Numerate and accurate with a good level of spoken and written English
??? Proven data management skills, including spreadsheet analysis and statistics gathering
??? Computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office software packages including Excel

Personal qualities:
??? Able to communicate well at all levels
??? Have a calm, friendly telephone manner with excellent listening skills
??? Must be self-motivated and highly organised
??? Have a strong eye for detail
??? A cheerful, positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
??? Able to use own initiative and be proactive
??? Willing to learn and adapt.
