Job Title: Project Officer - Asset Management
Location: Stroud
Salary: £24,717 per annum
Position: Full Time, up to 37 hours per week
Are you a passionate, motivated, people focussed individual who would like to play a major role in the development of new homes and the modernisation of the Council's sheltered housing stock?
The Council continues to build new homes and is also now implementing its sheltered housing modernisation project. They are dedicated to supplying affordable homes to people of all ages and offering a wide range of choice in accommodation types and styles. The development team are looking for a project officer to work across all aspects of both new development and the refurbishment and modernisation of existing homes and communities. The role will provide high quality project and business support to the Development team and have involvement in projects from conception through to consultation, procurement, implementation and completion.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, have a high regard for the customer experience, be encouraged to be innovative and have an interest in the technical side of project work. Key to your success will be the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and have the ability to communicate with a wide range of Customers.
