What are the responsibilities of the Care Assistant?
You will be responsible for supporting older people to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being. MHA provide all Care Assistants with a free DBS check and free uniform.
What skills do I need to have to become a Care Assistant?
We are looking for people who are flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of residents therefore you must enjoy the company of older people and work well as part of a team. Previous experience is desirable but the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is more important.
Care Assistant - Available Hours:
Permanent - 44 hours per week - Nights.
Permanent - 33 hours per week - Nights.
Relief/Zero Hour - Days and Nights.
