Customer Service Advisor
Join our team in Clarendon Road Watford handling inbound customer enquiries. Our team is growing and we need to add two new members as soon as possible.
Shift pattern covering opening times of Monday to Friday 08:00 – 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. Saturday or Sunday is on a rota basis
- To deal with inbound customer billing and payment enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- To assist with providing technical support to our customers regarding line and broadband faults, full training given.
- To respond to written inbound communications from customers (email, web submits, letters and a rare fax) ensuring that replies are made in a timely manner.
- Manually enter data in to CRM system and supplier portals.
- To attend relevant training events and meetings as required.
- Any other duties as appropriate to the post.
- To work at all times in accordance with and to further the policies and procedures of the Employer, including those regarding Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and Customer Care. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Excellent telephone manner, reporting and communication skills with general knowledge of Word and Excel.
Performance will be subject to regular review.
