We are looking for professional, dedicated and experienced Support Workers who are committed to delivering high quality care to support our clients in the Glastonbury area of Somerset through our friendly Yeovil branch.

The Support Worker Job Role:

It is essential that you are as confident delivering personal care as you are enabling an individual to undertake the activities in life they desire. Our person centred service is designed to enable the service users to interact with their families and also the local community, enabling them to maximise their independence and live fulfilling lives

You should have a mindful approach of protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence at all times. You will be working on either a 1-1 basis or within a small team of Support Workers based in a residential or nursing home.

• Right to live and work in the UK
• At least 3 months’ previous paid experience working in a support worker role in the UK within the last 3 years
• Referee contact details for your current place of work, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs
• Full driving licence and access to a car preferred
