Communications Development Officer,
Leicester LE1
Hours: 17.5 per week, permanent
Pay: £27,577 pro rata

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Marketing and Communications Team supporting a £2.1m Family Inclusion Project (GREAT) Getting Ready for Employment and Training which will provide tailored and flexible support to enable individuals within families where worklessness is an issue to engage with a range of support services and activities, including training and work experience opportunities. 

As the lead officer for communications for the GREAT Project, you will manage the production of outstanding communications that will inspire families to be a part of the project.

An experienced communications professional with excellent copywriting and
interpersonal skills, you will manage the project's website, its brand, digital
communications and develop print products to support the project's delivery as well as inspiring families to take part.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring that families have the best possible chances in life, an eye for detail and experience of measuring the impact of your communications to ensure ROI.

Applicants will need a flexible, ‘can do' attitude, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and meet tight deadlines.
