Activity Centre Manager Exciting opportunity for a Manager to join the team at a leading Activity Centre based in North Cornwall! This role will be incredibly varied; no two days will be the same! The Role: Activity Centre Manager The Manager will lead a friendly and professional team to achieve the highest standards throughout the centre. Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to... * Health and safety management, putting in place all policy and procedures * Accountability for quality systems and accreditation * Working effectively with other departments to ensure standards are upheld * Key point of contact for HSE * Ensuring legislative compliance * Hands-on operational management * Creating and managing events and promotions * Staff development and training * Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are achieved Candidate Specification: Activity Centre Manager For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with previous experience in managing activities, leisure or fitness centres/facilities. The successful applicant will have experience and qualifications in Health and Safety, Risk assessments and first aid, these are essential. Ideally you will be the kind of manager who thrives on leading from the front and delivering exceptional customer-service first hand. You should be supportive in your approach and strive to ensure your team can create a fun and vibrant environment. We are additionally seeking a candidate with good commercial acumen who can build effective partnerships locally and seek additional revenue streams where applicable.
