COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATOR (ESTATE AGENCY) - East London/Essex Borders We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial property consultancy to source a Commercial Property Negotiator to join the business, dealing in the sale and acquisition of commercial and industrial properties including retail, leisure, industrial properties within London and surrounding areas. Reporting to the founding Director the position is to take a leading role in the agency operation of a fast growing commercial property consultancy. The successful candidate will inherit a number of existing accounts and have a focus on new business generation. You will have proven previous experience in residential/commercial property sales, able to work independently and have a strong sales track record. Excellent communication skills are required for this role as well as the ability to make a great first impression and think on your feet in a variety of different situations.
