My client specialises in recruitment services to their clients throughout the UK. Their vision is to deliver a cost effective, ethical and high quality service to their clients by supplying temporary and permanent candidates of the highest quality within sectors such as Food Manufacturing, Warehouse and Distribution, Logistics, Engineering, Hospitality and Commercial.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Regional Manager / Area Manager to join them in the south west looking after 4 Industrial branches in Banbury, Gloucester, Swindon and Bristol.


Oversee all branch operations

Deliver the KPI, revenue and profitability targets

Drive sales and cost management

Manage, motivate and develop the team

Champion the companies quality management system

Feedback to the Managing Director commercial ideas and feedback to move the business forward

Recruit, induct, develop great teams with clear progression planning

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate a successful career in the recruitment industry, have at least 2 years recruitment branch manager experience ideally within industrial or logistics sectors, proven sales performance with solid industry legislation knowledge with ability to inspire, lead a team and be an effective communicator at all levels.

The Offer:
