Training Co-ordinator - Cheltenham

Salary up to ??25,000

A fantastic client based in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham has a requirement for a Training Coordinator to join their team, this position is available immediately and a temp to perm basis could be a possibility for the right candidate,

You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of all HS&E and Sales training courses delivered either internally or externally. Along with managing the day to day running of these events, you'll be required to ensure that course capacity is fully utilised and feedback is obtained and constantly evaluated.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has an interest in learning and development, as this is a large company and the role will be busy, giving you a chance to develop your skills. Likewise if you already have experience in this area you will have ample opportunity to demonstrate your strengths and develop new areas of expertise.

Responsibilities:-

* Liaise closely with managers to confirm annual training plan across the Group
* Liaise with internal trainers and external training providers to agree future course dates
* Liaise closely with the regional sales manager and administrators to confirm course attendees and training programmes
* Prepare & report on employees training needs against job groups
* Liaise with Group Trainers to co-ordinate external and internal training courses for learning and development needs identified from probation and annual reviews
* Assist in the efficient running of all training courses and development training programmes
* Co-ordinate the production of training materials
* Communicate future course dates and locations with the regions HR department and wider business via intranet
* Capture data from training events and produce training management reports as required
* Ensure the completion of feedback evaluation forms, record and assess any follow up action required

Essential Skills:-

* Proficient level of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
* Able to demonstrate strong administrative experience and accurate record keeping
* Able to work within a busy office environment
* Able to build and maintain effective working relationships and work collaboratively with managers

Desirable Skills:-

* Experience of working within a learning and development environment and / or organising learning and development events
* Experience of providing training programme support or similar e.g. booking delegates onto courses, booking training venues, producing joining instructions, ensuring smooth running, taking follow up action
