JOB DESCRIPTION: Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the building and construction, engineering, rail & maintenance industries. We are currently recruiting on behalf of young and growing office interior company that specialises in providing quality Design, Project Management and Commercial fit out services.
Our client is looking for Business Development Manager - ambitious, driven and commercially focused individual who has experience in or wants to get into this industry, can think of his own two feet and is eager to learn. Your role will be 50/50 office based and out meeting commercial property agents, as well as speaking to businesses that are seeking to change their office premises or refurbish them. Networking and relationship building is key to this role, as you will be crucial part of growing this business further.
If you are enthusiastic individual with sales and/or marketing experience, ideally with knowledge and network in commercial interiors and fit-out, design & build sector, then this is a very exciting opportunity.
Requirements for the role of Business Development Manager:
* University or college degree
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong commercial awareness
* Experience in the sector would be a huge bonus
