PMO Delivery Analyst
An awarding winning Pensions technology provider is looking for dynamic and highly credible professionals who have some experience of working within the software delivery space to work as a PMO Analyst on a contractual basis. As a key part of the PMO delivery team this role will involve working very closely with senior project and programme managers assisting in the structure and ongoing development of software implementation projects. Role responsibilities will include the following: Contribute to the successful delivery of projects (to agreed requirements/budget/timescales and quality) by tracking progress and recommending remedial action when project outcomes are jeopardised.Work with Project Managers to identify, report and manage project risks and issues.Manage project budgets including the production of financial reports.Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers and clients. Our client would like to see candidates who have worked in PMO environment previously, either within software/systems development or the financial services sector such as pensions or investments. You will be confident in working closely with project managers and stakeholders at all levels and have solid experience of assisting in large programmes of work. The successful candidate will have exemplary customer service and communication skills along with the ability to negotiate and influence positively. You will possess strong Microsoft office skills and have had some exposure to project management lifecycles and methodologies.
