An exciting Occupational Health vacancy available for a Registered Nurse RNOH, with a specialist Occupational Health qualification .

The Occupational Health Clinical & Quality Manager is responsible for delivering excellence and consistency in clinical governance and quality.

The Clinical & Quality Manager has responsibility for providing guidance to a wide range of employer clients. The role has responsibility for providing clinical oversight and leadership to all areas of the OH Department, providing guidance and support to our in-house OH experts, our external networks and our client management and business development team.

The role reports to the Head of Occupational Health and will work alongside the OH Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities:
Continuous assessment of the services provided to clients, ensuring clinical governance, legal compliance and alignment with best practice and client need
Develop and manage the clinical quality standards across the OH Department and through our associate and external networks. These include for example; quality review processes and scorecards, key performance indicators, continuous review and improvement processes
Development and ongoing management of clinical & quality training for in-house, associate and external networks
Provide ongoing clinical governance, support and mentoring to the OH Department
Ensuring compliance with targets, SLAs, KPIs and compliance with clinical quality standards (including effective resourcing, with support of the OH Operations Manager)
Identify and implement training and development for new and existing staff - including the development of personal training plans
Keep abreast of statutory and legislative changes, communicate and implement necessary changes to policy and practices within the OH Department.

The role holder must be a Registered Nurse with the Specialist Occupational Health qualification (Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, OH) and have previous management experience in a clinical role.
