McGinley Support Services operate as an employment business and currently seek to recruit experienced Project and Programme Manager Professional for long term contracts based in Bristol

Personal Qualities: * Good communicator / presenter; * Team Builder /problem solver; * Mentor; * Calm under pressure; * Speaks from personal experience / credible leader. Essential: * Experienced programme and change manager; * Background in system implementation across large corporations; * Knowledge of P3M methodology and principles - scheduling, project controls, portfolio management. Desirable: * Understanding of DE&S challenges and ambition; * Previous systems experience of similar scale in public sector; * Familiarity with Oracle P3M Product Set and ideally its implementation * Manage and Update a Programme schedule in Oracle Primavera P6

P3M Project/Programme Manager for P3M Adoption Project Manager for the implementation (adoption) of an Oracle based P3M Solution across DE&S commencing in 2017. * Manage complex system and business change programme across DE&S, aligning multiple work streams including DE&S Functions and Domains; * Report to the IT Board, P3M Steering Committee and the IT Lead for Transformation; * Chair the Adoption Working Group, steering DE&S Domain adoption with the Project Control Domain Functional Managers; * Direct and Mentor the P3M Adoption Team, the Release 0 Team and Technical Team. A combination of DE&S and PSS Staff; * Act as the primary lead for Adoption as part of the Joint Application Design Team, act as the primary customer for the End State Design; * Act as the central co-ordinator for issue resolution during and following the Initial roll out of the Solution in Exemplar Projects; * Manage and Maintain the P3M Integrated Schedule and Report on Milestone Progress into the Transformation PMO;
