Our client is looking to recruit customer services office Administrator to work in their Bristol office.Our client is a busy Facilities Management company that is looking afterfacilities maintenance contracts. We are looking for an Customer Services / Help desk administrator with experience of working in a Service team / administration role. If you have worked for a Facilities maintenance company that would be an advantage. We are looking for a person that has experience of working Microsoft word packages mainly word and Excel experience. But you must have good computer skills. You will be working closely with the Bristol Area contracts Manager and with all of the different departments within the company, these will be accounts, purchasing, Sales and Customer services. As well as the client within the Bristol area.. The ideal candidate will have a worked in a Customer services / help desk environment and will have worked within an busy administration environment. You will need to have excellent telephone and computer skills, and a good administration background. You will be working in a small customer services department so again we are looking for a person that has a background working in a fast pace customer focused environment. This is a permanent full time role and we are looking for a person that can Start in December.
