This role is for a secretary and personal assistant to a small trading team based in the Wolverhampton area. The role will be part time, but the candidate will need to be flexible at times and on call when needed. The job in parts of the year will be less intensive than others, but even when less intensive, the pay remains the same.

Initially, you will need to be trained on certain aspects of how the team work and how you would be able to facilitate the work they do. In addition, the team would train you on all the aspects of the role you would carry out. The training will mainly remotely (via Skype), but also may need to be at one of the teams locations for any more advanced situations.

The role may move forward to include more hours, and eventually into a full time role.

Any equipment needed for the role will be provided and paid for by the company.

Expected Shift Times (though, they may be adjusted when needed);
Friday - Tuesday, 9am - 12pm (3 hours per day, 15 hours weekly)
Majority from Home, may need to travel for office purposes and deliveries.

Must Have:
- Driving License/Car
- Experience in Accountancy

- Assistant to Staff Members

- Office Needs/Purchasing/Deliveries

- Administration Work (Reports/Meeting Notes)
- Accountancy
- Book-keeping
- Liasing with Clients/Customer Care
- Dealing with occasions of customers/staff (birthdays, special occasions).
- Recruitment Administration
- Arrangement/Management of Business Trips
- Arranging and Scheduling Diaries/Appointments
- Typing/Word Processing/Excel Work
- Organising (Producing Agendas)
- Liaising with relevant organisations.

Contract Details:
- You will be a part time contracted employee but on a self employed contract.
