Reporting to the Operations Manager this position covers the key areas of customer service support, issuing quotes for analysis of contaminated soil and waters primarily to the construction industry, and maintenance and development of the LIMS system for a busy contract laboratory based in East Sussex.

The role would suit a chemistry graduate with 5+ years' experience working in a busy environmental contract laboratory. The successful candidate will be experienced in handling calls from Site Investigation and Site Remediation companies looking for fast turnaround on soil and water samples. They will have excellent IT skills and be looking to develop further their knowledge of LIMS systems and systems integration.
