our Client has many years of experience in providing a range of services in order to support people, to get the best out of life and maintain their independence within the comfort of their own homes and we are looking for Service Coordinators to join our Team in the Hull and East Riding Area.
What is a Care Coordinators role?
You will be responsible for providing leadership and support of staff in line with legislative and company requirements.; ensuring quality service delivery to meet the individual needs of Service Users through robust rota management. You will actively monitor Health and Safety, identify recruitment needs and produce reports periodically and in a timely manner.
You must have previous care experience a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and the willingness to undertake training specific to this role.
