Full Time (36 Hours per week)

£32,000 per annum

Our client is the world’s largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership and their workforce is key to their continued success.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Manager to join us and take responsibility for the promotion of our products and services in Bracknell or Covering London and Southern.

Acting as the main point of contact for their members and delivering the highest possible level of customer service, you will provide invaluable support and advice with the aim of generating membership growth. With a strong focus on employer engagement, you will proactively build, develop and maintain relationships with local employers, aiming to raise the profile of our client and meet individual membership targets.

This role demands an enthusiastic and highly driven individual who has a proven track record in a senior administrative / business development role. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have the desire and passion to build and maintain strong mutually beneficial relationships and strive towards meeting targets. They would like you to be educated to A Level standard as a minimum, demonstrate good standards of the English language and have strong numerical skills.

A strong team player with effective decision making skills, you will be capable of overseeing, organising and reviewing successful events and have previous line management experience, giving you the ability to successfully train and coach others. You will need to be a proficient IT user, including Microsoft Office, internal systems and social media and be confident in business planning, managing budgets and reforecasting.

Although this role is home based, candidates must be willing to travel and work flexible hours to meet the organisations’ needs. Experience of the building / construction sector would be highly desirable; however, this is by no means essential.
