Mobile Security Officer

Do you possess a valid SIA license? Do you have proven experience as either a Patrol Officer or Security Guard? If so Mitie are recruiting for a Mobile Security Officer and are looking for individuals just like you!

Due to extra work and stability of Mitie security in the region we are recruiting for an additional night shift Mobile Security Officer to work from our Frimley Green Branch in Camberley.

What will I be responsible for?

As our Mobile Security Officer, you will be responsible for locking and unlocking buildings and parks, carrying out mobile patrols using an easy to use hand held mobile device (full training for device given if needed). Driving one of the company mobile patrol vehicles you will travel to our clients’ sites to carry out these tasks, reporting any issues to the area supervisor through a quick and easy to use reporting system. Each of our patrol patches is of a manageable size and we give training on the best routes to take per shift.

Who are we looking for?

As the ideal Mobile Security Officer, you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Current SIA License
• UK Driving licence
• Must have the right to work in the UK immediately
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Have previous work experience in the security industry

In return for your hard work, you can expect to receive a salary of £8.76 per hourplus a range of benefits. ​
This role will be a night shift role, working 7pm to 7am with a negotiable number of shifts per week. Ideally we would like you to work 4 or 5 nights per week (we have a lot of work so extra shifts regularly become available). With this role being hourly paid the earning potential is great.
