Designer - License Packaging

This Swinton, Manchester based toy company has 40 years' experience designing products to inspire young minds entering a world of learning and fun. They have offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Boston, Miami, Holland South Africa and last but not least, sunny Manchester.

Job Title: Experienced License Designer
Salary: £24-28k dependent on experience.
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 37.5

They are looking for an experienced license packaging designer who will be working on various different licenses such as: Despicable Me, Lil Men/Lil Miss, Trolls, Cbeebies, Simpsons etc. You will also work on up and coming licenses that they add every year to their company. You will be designing packaging and products for children's toys, craft, puzzles, stationery, games etc. You will need to provide detailed spec sheets and artwork for print.

Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 3 yrs + experience.
- A strong children's design portfolio ideally with examples of packaging.
- To be able to present design and ideas to the highest level, have a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of Licensee requirements.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines, work well under pressure.
- Advanced knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop is essential.
