Job Role:

Our Client is the UK's market leader in the provision of outsourced waste management and recycling solutions into the Housebuilding & Construction sectors. The importance for their customers to be able to continually improve their environmental performance through reducing & recycling waste is growing all the time and due to their ongoing success they are now looking for 'New Business' Development Managers to join their sales team.

They are keen to talk to Business Development Managers who have a sound knowledge of selling directly to manufacturing, retail or facilities sectors and have a real drive and determination to succeed. Targeting & working with many blue chip organisations within these sectors, you will be negotiating frameworks to provide their total waste management solution - identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities. Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience of selling into manufacturing, retail, facilities sectors.
  • Previously held a sales role that has been focused on winning new major contracts.
  • Proven track record of working with and consistently over achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results driven attitude.
  • Understand a sales process that is Solution driven.
  • Experience of the waste & recycling market would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Role

  • They have job opportunities that may suit either a National or Regional role.
  • Continually remain abreast of developments within the sectors and businesses.
  • Home based, they are flexible on location across England.
  • Travel and overnight stays as and when required.
  • Reporting directly in the Head of Business Development you will be required to embrace and use their new state of the art CRM system - enabling the effective management of sales pipelines.
