Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Service Administrator to work in a new service being established by the company, with the support of STV funding. Many vulnerable children and young people are failed by our current systems, unable to be supported sufficiently within their own homes and communities and are consequently taken into care. This innovative and creative new service will focus on supporting children and young people on the 'edge of care' to remain and flourish in their local communities without being taken into residential care.

Job Role:

An enthusiastic Service Administrator will play a fundamental role in the service, ensuring that the day-to-day administrative needs are met. This is a varied role which will include co-ordinating and inputting data, including providing regular management information in an agreed format which may also be in response to ad hoc requirements. You will provide comprehensive financial administration, supported by the Regional Finance Officer. You will assist staff and the manager to apply the company's systems to ensure effective data storage, interrogation and dissemination. The post holder will need to maintain sensitivity and confidentiality in many aspects of the working environment such as disability, race, gender and socio-economic circumstances.

The Candidate:

The company are keen to recruit an enthusiastic individual to this post who shares their vision that collaborative early intervention and engagement is the best option for children and families who are on the 'edge of care'.
