Our client, a Facilities Service Supplier, is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager offering services to the Facilities Management industry.

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-organised individual to become part of a dedicated team as a Sales Manager. Unlimited income potential. The Sales Manager is an essential team player and leader who will be reporting to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background working as a sales manager or account manager and be based locally to Central London.

Sales Manager Position Overview:

-Developing new business
-Account management of existing clients
-Engaging in project management duties
-Delivering presentations
-Attend regular client meetings

Sales Manager Position Requirements

-Pro-active and innovative to secure new sales
-You will need to be self-motivated, driven and determination to be able to generate new business opportunity's
-Hold a proven successful background of working as an account manager
-Strong presentation and negotiation skills
-Confidence and a persuasive manner
-Tight organisational and time management skills
-Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets
-Previous experience of man management
-Ideally have experience of supplying one or all of the following services: Passive Fire Protection, Asbestos Survey and Removal, Duct Cleaning, Air Quality services to either Facilities Management Industry, Construction Industry or NHS
