Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join a leading global provider of high quality British education solutions. Based in Didsbury, Manchester, the successful Marketing Executive will earn a competitive salary dependent on skills and experience.

The Marketing Executive will effectively coordinate and execute marketing, advertising and promotional activities to support brand building initiatives, launch new and revised products and increase the market share of the business. Working in collaboration with the sales teams, Accredited Partner Centres and University partners to support all joint marketing and business development activities. The key duties of the Marketing Executive will include, but not be limited to: 
  • Implementing and developing marketing plans, including project planning, setting timelines, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, sourcing for external vendors and obtaining quotations, preparing checklists/duty lists, contingency planning, communicating and coordinating with relevant parties, reviewing marketing mix, analysing effectiveness of campaign and reporting on ROI
  • Managing production of marketing materials, from design to print/publication
  • Managing website and social media platforms to increase digital engagement
  • Assisting with corporate events, road shows, fairs/exhibitions, student/centre engagement activities and visits from inception to execution ensuring that NCC Educations' identity is reflected in each event
  • Managing vendors and contract resources to ensure effective delivery of marketing plans
  • Participating in brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  • Conducting market research in conjunction with regional colleagues to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Gathering and reporting on business requirements from internal users
  • Analysing and reporting customer research, current market conditions and competitors’ information
  • Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results
  • Assist setting the marketing budget, monitoring usage of marketing budget and ensure compliance with financial policies, SOPs and processes
  • Monitoring compliance with brand guidelines to ensure consistency in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimisation for search and user experience across all media channels
The successful Marketing Executive will have a Marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification and relative marketing/brand management experience. In addition, you will also possess the following skills and experience: 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience of events planning, digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • Effective project management, organisation and planning
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse information and data, and draw conclusions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment in and out of standard operating hours across different time zones
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines with meticulous attention to details and proof-reading
  • Internal and external customer focus, able to develop and build respectful relationships through effective teamwork
