Successful candidates will enjoy supporting people and have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support.
Duties will include supporting people with personal care, maintaining their home and to develop and maintain full and active participation in their communities. A commitment to a person centred approach is essential. Previous experience of working with people with complex needs and acquired brain injuries is desirable. However, not essential.
