Our client now has fantastic opportunities for Bank Care and Support Workers to join their Extra Care scheme in Dudley.

Location: Cradley and Dudley*
Salary: up to £7.20 per hour
Hours: 0 Hours per Week
Contract Type: Casual

You will be working within their Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower them to live a fulfilled and active life.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. You will also be participating in the schemes activity planner, providing a range of social activities to their customers.
