Our client is a market-leader in speciality lighting technology supplying innovative and exceptional solutions that simulate natural light. They are now looking for an Office Manager to join their team.

As the Office Manager, you will become a key member of the Management Team, taking charge of the office, the wellbeing and recruitment of staff and the maintenance of the IT network. 

As a senior figure in the company, you will have a wide variety of tasks to occupy your time. You’ll oversee all company administration activities, from general office maintenance through to key management and office supplies, will take charge of human resources activities and will ensure that a robust IT support function is in place. 

Managing all worldwide recruitment activities including the US, China and Australia, you’ll oversee the entire recruitment process including job description creation and interviews. You’ll record sickness and absence, oversee disciplinary procedures and manage new starter inductions. 

You’ll be in charge of IT support for internal systems, troubleshooting problems, server configuration and the purchase and installation of new systems and hardware.

To be considered, you must have: 

- At least three years’ experience as an office manager 
- Previous HR experience, including, recruitment and staff management 

As the Office Manager, you’ll also need strong team working skills, a close attention to detail, excellent judgement and superb analytical skills. 

Strong IT and troubleshooting skills would be highly beneficial to your application.
