Internal Accounts Assistant required to work for a manufacturing company based in Hungerford.

My Client is a privately owned company who employ around 50 staff. They are looking for someone to assist with one of their accounts. Your main focus will be supporting an internal account manager to make sure orders go out accurately dealing with any problems that may happen during the process. You will be raising job orders, updating the price list and specification sheet, help manage stock levels and liaise directly with the customer.

Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be required, filing, answering the phone and supporting other members of the team when and where.

You must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate with experience on working on in-house data base systems. Full training will be given on their data base system.

You must have experience working in a fast paced environment and be able to think on your feet and use your own initiative.

There is progression in this role where in time you will be given your own accounts to work on.

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Free car parking is available immediately outside the offices.

Salary is up to 19K PA depending on experience.
