Volunteer Co-ordinator (Clinical)

Cornwall Hospice Care is a leading Cornish charity that provides special care free of charge for people aged 18 and above, who are living with life limiting illnesses.

We provide this care to people at our two hospices - Mount Edgcumbe in St Austell and St Julia's in Hayle and also support their families and carers.

The majority of the Charity's funding comes from public support though 31 charity shops, legacies, fundraising and a lottery.

We are currently recruiting for the following:-

Volunteer Co-ordinator (Clinical)

Based at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice, St Austell & St Julia's Hospice, Hayle
37.5 hours per week (including some weekend and evening work)

Salary £20,347 - £21,693 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will be responsible for overseeing our volunteer service in the clinical areas of both hospices.

You will need previous experience of recruitment/selection practices and working with volunteers.

You should have excellent organisational, administration and presentation skills.

Working hours will be flexible to cover the needs of the role.
