Trainer (Field Based)

An excellent opportunity, with this market leading provider of Dental Insurance Plans to join their successful team as a Sales Trainer in the South West area As a field based Sales Trainer you will deliver a range of training modules to new and existing intermediaries and business clients, with a focus on legislation and soft skills. The training you deliver will link to business objectives regarding sales and retention. To be considered for this role you will need sales training experience, to both small and large audiences, excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with a proven experience of delivering to set timescales.
