Marketing Assistant - Footwear

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Assistant to join a Designer Footwear Company Near Frome. This role is an exciting new position in the marketing team, delivering marketing activity to build the brand and grow customer retention across the websites. This is a permanent, fulltime role Monday - Friday, salary ??19,000 - ??21,000 DOE Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for: Retention Marketing Efficiently deliver customer retention marketing activity from concept, to execution and review in line with agreed objectivesWork with the Retention team to support with the delivery of regular email campaigns to all territories utilising the Responsys V6 Interact platformWork with graphic designer to create email designs on time and to agreed brand guidelinesBuild, test and broadcast email campaigns utilizing Responsys V6 Interact platformReporting and analysis of email campaign performance utilising Responsys Interact and Google analytics Visual Imagery & Content Support with the delivery of seasonal imagery and content as part of Marketing & E-Commerce team to agreed brand guidelinesAttend seasonal photo shoots, manage product samples and liaise with photographers and suppliers.Coordinate photography review and sign off process including colour matching.Work with the E-Commerce team to deliver seasonal product, brand and trading content including upload to Demandware content management system.Reporting and analysis of content performance utilising Google analytics PR Primary point of contact for PR requests to build brand awareness with key media and bloggers.Establish, manage and grow PR database of key media and blogger contacts.Deliver seasonal PR materials including a seasonal look books and regular email trend updates.Engage with media and blogger contacts to draft and pitch content ideas. Manage all incoming media enquiries to maximise coverage opportunities including coordinating press loans, image requests and PR gifting. Social Media Oversee social presence including day to day management and running of social media accountsManagement of social media advertising to extend reach, grow following and drive traffic to websites.Production of social media project and content plansWork with graphic designer to create social media creative assets delivered on time and to agreed brand guidelinesReporting and analysis of social media activity This is what we need you to have: Previous experience working in a similar Marketing Assistant role.Experience working with web/digital marketingGCSE English & Maths - Grade C or aboveHighly literate with excellent grammar and language skillsHighly numerateA keen eye for detail with outstanding accuracyI.T. and Computer skills, proficient in MS Office suiteExperience with Web Content Management Systems, Email Service Providers and Analytics software.HTML skills If you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Marketing Assistant role, please forward your CV to Manucommrecruitment.
