Tenders Manager - Glasgow - Short Contract (maternity leave) / Open to
The MMS marketing department is well established and multi award winning. The department has responsibility for every aspect of promotion and reputation management for the Firm and has particular strengths in the areas of brand promotion and development, added-value, capability marketing, event management, lead generation and business development.
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Tenders Manager to cover a period of Maternity Leave in our Glasgow office, for up to 6 months.

You will oversee and project manage the production of the Firm's responses to Invitations to Tender ensuring that every tender and pitch is produced on time, in accordance with the Firm's existing standards and with the best possible chance of success. Duties will also include liaising with the relevant fee earning and partner level contributors and ensure that their input is incorporated in a timely manner and is consistent with the selling messages within the document.
To be successful in this busy role you must have a proven track record in a tendering/pitching role including interacting and preferably coaching senior level staff. You must also be able to organise yourself, managing multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to write, present and talk persuasively, professionally and fluently at the highest level.
