One of our growing clients is looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee a site of 50, high spec, traditional build units in the Cheltenham area.
A wealth of experience has earned the client a reputation as an exceptional developer in the building of sustainable, open market housing.
They pride themselves on combining exceptional build quality, high specification, good design and energy efficiency with first rate customer care.
Project
A 50 unit bespoke site consisting of 4, 5 and 6 bed, traditional build, detached houses.
All houses on said development will be finished to a very high spec.
Site Manager Role
The role will be best suited for an ambitious Site Manager, preferably an NHBC award winner, with in depth knowledge and experience in high spec building. The Site Manager will be required to complete all units to strict quality expectations while also in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
Typical duties would include:
* Take ownership for Health & Safety and Environment responsibility.
* Work closely with the pre-construction team on; SHE, Build ability and programme issues and review and comment on design information issues by both consultants and suppliers.
* Work closely with the Site Management team on each site to ensure that things run smoothly - an effective communicator is essential.
* Manage projects in line with the agreed finance and production targets and reports.
* Have key client-facing responsibility
Key Requirements
* Site Management experience
* Proven success of delivering projects to standard
* Experience on bespoke developments
* Exceptional Leadership and organisational skills
* Relevant qualifications (SMTS, CSCS etc)
