Role: Commercial Gas Building Services Engineer
Salary: ??30,000 - ??35,000
Location: Somerset

We are working with an established Mechanical service contractor, who are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Gas Building Services Engineer due to an increase in their business portfolio.
The role will consist of carrying out Heating Installations, Plumbing Installations, Electrical Installations and maintenance across a number of prestigious commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will be required to hold all of their Commercial and domestic qualifications.
Criteria:
1. Good knowledge of commercial gas and commercial heating systems
2. Good knowledge of plumbing and heating systems
3. Demonstrate a good knowledge of all Building Systems
Person specification:
??? Full clean driving license [essential] C&G Level 3 NVQ Plumbing & Heating
??? Gas Safe Registered Domestic and Commercial [essential]
??? 17th Edition [Desirable]
??? Experience in both domestic and commercial environments
??? CSCS Card A 'can do' attitude
??? Drive, ambition and engineering aptitude to get the job done / up and running / completed Willing to work on weekends and to work away when required
??? Willing to be on call for one week in five
??? Willing to undertake direct instruction from the Projects Engineer
