Job Title: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Yatton - in between Bristol and Weston-super-Mare

Salary: ??35,000 per annum (??16.00 per hour) - negotiable depending on experience

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time hours


A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly-skilled Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work as a Deputy Manager in a nursing home located in between Bristol and Weston-super-Mare. This service offers a warm, friendly environment to all residents across separate units based on their needs.

This home provides person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including residential and nursing care for the elderly, as well as younger adults with physical disabilities. They can also care for individuals on a short-term or respite basis. The home prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide the residents and the Home Manager is looking for an experienced and passionate Nurse to join their friendly team of staff.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the standards of care within the home, ensuring that the residents' health and wellbeing is the focus. You will work closely with the Home Manager and will assist with the day-to-day running of the home, acting as Manager in their absence.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in.
