Our Community Care Coordinators are very dedicated to ensuring our home care service runs smoothly and our clients receive their home visits that they heavily depend on and look forward to. We are big on recruiting people with the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.

That knack of building rapport over the phone and face to face with the people you supervise and the customers we provide our service to
Social Care is a 24/7 business and as part of the community care team you will be expected to work shifts that are rotated on your teams rota. Shifts include 6am-3pm, 2.30pm - 11pm and 8.30am - 5.30pm.
So what do we give you back?
Excellent salary of ??17,000 - ??18,000
A clear progression pathway. 70% of our Senior Management team have worked their way up through their hard work and with continual professional coaching from Directors Jo and Andrew.

So what will you be doing as a Community Care Coordinator?
Ensure all care calls are covered
Ensuring your team members deliver the right care and support every time
Growing the business every week
Reviews and risk assessments
Updating our systems, to include our roistering and CRM software
Ensure team members meet your customers?????? needs
Planning your time so you are highly effective in your role
So what is essential for you to be an outstanding Community Care Coordinator?
Able to get-up and go and solve problems
Work in a fast paced highly pressured environment
Able to think on your feet and juggle many things
You must have a keen interest in social care
Computer Literate to a high standard as this is an office based role
Have a great personality with fantastic people skills, you really need to be able to build relationships
Hold a full driving license and have your own car
